We are asking customers who receive communal cleaning and grounds maintenance services for their views.
We are responsible for the upkeep of communal areas and we will be renewing our grounds maintenance and cleaning contracts later this year and we are keen to receive feedback.
Customers are being asked to complete a short survey to let us know how satisfied they are with the current services and what improvements could be made.
Those who complete the survey also have the chance to win one of three £50 shopping vouchers and the option to get involved in deciding the final service specification and future contractor(s).
Communities Manager Vicki Paxford said: “It’s important that our customers are provided with a say on options as we review our service provision. The survey should only take five to ten minutes to complete but will give us a much better understanding of what we are doing right, any areas we can improve upon and what our customers’ priorities for future services are.”
